Swedish Horse BELL from MORA – bronze/brass

A nice horse-bell made in Mora, Sweden. On one side you can read “Fridfull Jul” which means “Peaceful Christmas”. On the other side there is a sentence in Swedish “Nar under julen de klinga klockornas manande ljud, o, ma mitt hjarta de bringa fralsningens budskap fran Gud” (When during Christmas the bells ring with their prompted sound, oh, may my heart they carry the message of salvation from God). Size: 3.8 inches high and 3.5 inches wide at base. Very good condition with a lovely sound, need perhaps some polish.
